I am concentrating on birth doula care and daytime postpartum visits. I am not keeping an overnight waitlist or providing overnight quotations at the moment. This page will be updated when availability changes.
About the service
What overnight postpartum care can include.
When offered, overnight postpartum doula care provides nonmedical newborn and parent support in the family’s home. The exact schedule, responsibilities, feeding routine, travel, and price are agreed before booking.
- Newborn care and settlingHelp with diaper changes, soothing, and settling a baby responsively through the night.
- Support around feedsHelp bringing a breastfed baby to a parent and caring for the baby afterward, or following an agreed expressed-milk or formula-feeding plan.
- Practical help when time allowsLight baby-related tasks may be included after newborn care and the agreed plan.
- A thoughtful handoverA clear update about the night and space for nonmedical questions.
What families should expect.
Overnight doula care does not promise that a newborn will sleep through the night and does not replace medical or lactation care. When this service returns, the care arrangement and sleeping setup will be discussed clearly before booking.

Can I book overnight postpartum care now?
No. Overnight care is currently paused. My present availability is for birth doula support and daytime postpartum visits.
When will overnight care return?
I do not have a reopening date yet. This page will be updated when I begin accepting overnight bookings again.
Do you currently offer daytime postpartum support?
Yes, subject to availability. Daytime visits can include practical newborn care, feeding support within a doula’s nonmedical role, meals, light household help, and space for recovery.
Where do you provide care?
I am based in Lake Forest and serve families across Orange County. Travel arrangements are confirmed before booking an available service.
